• Toast made from home baked bread with a selection of jams
• Orange juice
• A good variety of teas and freshly brewed coffee

One of the following:

• Full English breakfast made with locally made pork sausages, smoked backed bacon, vine tomatoes, mushrooms and free range eggs.
• Isle of Man kippers with vine tomatoes.
• Creamy scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on a toasted muffin.
• Eggs Benedict, two poached eggs on toasted muffins with crispy bacon and a heavenly drizzle of hollandaise sauce.
• Eggs Royale, two poached eggs on toasted muffins with smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce.

Breakfast is served between 8:30 – 9:30am unless otherwise arranged. If you have any special dietry requirements please let us know before your arrival.
